One of PT Agung Podomoro Land's business units, PT Pesona Mitra Kembar Mas (Podomoro Park), has collaborated with Bina Nusantara to introduce Satu University at Podomoro Park Bandung. The signing ceremony for this partnership was attended by Director of PT Pesona Mitra Kembar Mas Noer Indradjaja and Anak Agung Mas Wirajaya, accompanied by APLN's President Director Bacelius Ruru, and Bina Nusantara's Managing Director Francis Budiraharja Santoso, alongside Chief Strategic Officer Carmelus Susilo Hadipoespito.

The objective of this collaboration is to contribute concretely to Podomoro Park and Satu University in developing outstanding and quality generations towards Indonesia Emas 2045. This visionary step aims to create a holistic learning ecosystem, where a conducive and integrated environment will foster innovation, creativity, and enhance educational quality.

Noer Indradjaja, Director of PT Pesona Mitra Kembar Mas, emphasized that the establishment of this university will not only impact educational progress but also contribute significantly to the economic growth of the surrounding community.

"The presence of the university brings a transformative atmosphere in terms of public knowledge and educational needs," he stated.

He further added that all business lines of Agung Podomoro are committed to collaborating with various cross-sector institutions in realizing Indonesia Emas 2045. At the same time, Managing Director of Bina Nusantara Francis Budiraharja Santoso highlighted that in efforts to develop Satu University and empower communities across the archipelago, Bandung is seen as a highly strategic location.

Francis also noted that Podomoro Park's One-Stop Living concept supports students' ease of activities. The establishment of Satu University campus in South Bandung has been supported by market surveys conducted by Satu University's Rector, Win Ce, and team.

He emphasized that among many locations, Podomoro Park stands out as an ideal educational site due to its well-integrated environmental features. "Once inside Podomoro Park, we can immediately see that the integrated system (One-Stop Living) built by Podomoro Land is proven, so we are confident that our presence here will provide strong educational support for our future students," he concluded.
