PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) has conducted the inaugural handover of units at Bukit Podomoro Jakarta. Since its launch in 2021, Bukit Podomoro Jakarta has consistently accelerated the construction process, demonstrating its commitment to meeting housing needs in East Jakarta. Agung Wirajaya, Corporate Marketing Director of APLN, stated that the first-hand home handover at Bukit Podomoro Jakarta was successfully completed, in line with the developer's commitment to timely project completion.

The initial handover includes two units of the Classic Type 7, each with a building area of 7 x 15 meters, with future unit handovers scheduled gradually.
