PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) continues to launch new residential products in Kota Podomoro Tenjo to meet the high demand for affordable housing. Property sales in this project have indeed been increasing steadily. Since its launch in 2020 until now, Kota Podomoro Tenjo has successfully sold 5,800 housing units. By the end of 2024, APLN aims to achieve sales of 6,600 houses in the area.

Seeing the continued high demand for housing, Kota Podomoro Tenjo has launched three new products. Two of them are residential products targeting the lower to middle segments, and one is a commercial product. Zaldy Wihardja, Chief Marketing Officer of Kota Podomoro Tenjo, said that Kota Podomoro Tenjo is here to meet consumers' high demand for quality yet affordable housing in West Jakarta.

"Kota Podomoro Tenjo has solidified its status as The New Serpong in West Jakarta with the continuous growth of the residential area in line with consumer demand to date. This success also demonstrates that Agung Podomoro is capable of discerningly leveraging market potential, resulting in highly demanded property projects," said Zaldy in his official statement on Saturday (27/4).

The first product to be released is the Millennial Home in the Deluxe Cluster, totaling 200 units. Targeting the millennial market, this product is priced starting from Rp 270 million. Zaldy said that the superiority of Millennial Home lies not only in its affordable price but also in the quality of the properties offered and the facilities that support millennial lifestyles and routines. The Deluxe Cluster offers two types of houses, 6x10 m2 and 6x15 m2. This cluster is also supported by a luxurious clubhouse featuring a private cinema, multifunction room, indoor games, pool bar, swimming pool, fitness center, sunset deck, children's playground, and co-working space. Moreover, the Deluxe cluster is also a step closer to the inner green belt, a 2.5-kilometer-long open green area with a car-free living concept, where there are dedicated bike lanes on every main road.

The second product is the Edelweiss Garden House, consisting of 80 units. This is a premium type of house located on the main boulevard of Kota Podomoro Tenjo. These houses are designed with new and multi facades and are priced starting from Rp 500 million.

Thirdly, Kota Podomoro Tenjo will launch the Legrandia Arcade shop house with 38 units, offering three types: 1 floor, 1 ½ floors, and 2 floors. These shop houses are also located on the main boulevard. These three new products are offered by Agung Podomoro in an exhibition titled "Fantastic Millennial Home; Easy Steps to Own a Home" held from April 23 to 28, 2024, at Central Park Mall Jakarta.

"During this exhibition, Kota Podomoro Tenjo offers various attractive promotions including installments starting from Rp 1.8 million, 60-month installments, mortgage fee subsidies, interest rates starting from 2.7%, one day approval, no down payment, and immediate contract signing. There are also shopping vouchers of up to Rp 1 million and direct gifts of gold bars," said Zaldy.
