Podomoro Golf View Introduces Marketing Lounge at UI Depok

Podomoro Golf View (PGV), a superblok project by Agung Podomoro featuring a one-stop living concept, located in Cimanggis, Depok, West Java, has strengthened its collaboration with the University of Indonesia (UI). This was marked by the inauguration of a marketing lounge within the UI Depok campus area. The collaboration aims to cater to the housing needs of UI students and academic staff, offering exclusive apartments in the Ekki Tower at Podomoro Golf View.
Noer Indradjaja, Deputy CEO of PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk, explained that establishing the Podomoro Golf View marketing lounge at UI is a step to enhance proximity and provide excellent service to prospective consumers, facilitating easier access to apartment ownership.
He emphasized that this strategic partnership aims to strengthen Agung Podomoro's relationship with the educational sector, opening new opportunities for mutual advancement. "We are committed to continuous innovation and making positive contributions to academic and community development," Indradjaja stated in a press release on Wednesday, June 4, 2024.
Agung Wirajaya, Corporate Marketing Director of Agung Podomoro Land, highlighted the shared commitment between Podomoro Golf View and UI in supporting learning activities through comprehensive infrastructure and facilities.
He expressed confidence that the marketing lounge will serve as an optimal venue for students to receive the latest information and best offers regarding Podomoro Golf View properties. "We believe this initiative will further strengthen the relationship between Podomoro Golf View and the University of Indonesia, benefiting all parties involved," Agung affirmed.
Furthermore, Agung expressed hopes that this collaboration will yield positive impacts, enhancing consumer service and fostering a dynamic and innovative academic environment.
In addition to Podomoro Golf View, Agung Podomoro is developing other property areas such as Kota Podomoro Tenjo and Bukit Podomoro Jakarta, aiming to meet residential needs and strengthen Indonesia's property sector.
The Ekki Tower at Podomoro Golf View offers 196 apartment units designed for UI students under the concept of student housing. It includes three types of apartments: Studio Type with a 22-square-meter area starting from around Rp 300 million, 2 Bedroom Type with a 36-square-meter area starting from around Rp 500 million, and 3 Bedroom Type with a 51-square-meter area starting from around Rp 900 million.
All units in the Ekki Tower are targeted for handover by 2024. Podomoro Golf View integrates green property practices across its projects, supporting greening efforts within residential areas to promote clean air and overall health. The area also features primary amenities such as co-working spaces, reading pods, a gym and yoga center, an adventure arena, swimming pools, a kids' pool, and an entertainment lounge.
